1. What is your connection to the South?
I was born in Atlanta Georgia and attended the University of North Carolina School of the Arts School of Filmmaking.
2. Where did you get your inspiration for this work?
A mystical dream!
3. How did you start making films?
I started out re-creating films as VHS home movies with my brother when we were very little. Those were my introduction to production.
4. Did anything interesting or funny happen on set during the shooting?
We filmed on the Warner Brothers back lot for a small segment of the film.
5. What do you look forward to the most during Indie Grits?
I’m just happy to celebrate cinema and am beyond elated to contribute to this wonderful festival.
6. Why should someone see your film?
